Voor een gevestigde producent van metalen maatwerkcomponenten zoeken we een Quality Engineer in regio van Dendermonde. De organisatie ontwerpt, ontwikkelt en bouwt hoogtechnologische procesapparatuur volledig in eigen huis. Dankzij de internationale aanwezigheid, sterke aandacht voor kwaliteit en korte communicatielijnen kom je terecht in een stabiele werkomgeving waar je als Kwaliteitsingenieur verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en ruimte krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Quality Engineer ondersteun je de Quality Manager bij het bewaken, controleren en documenteren van alle kwaliteitsaspecten binnen lopende projecten, met bijzondere aandacht voor laswerkzaamheden en normen
  • Het opstellen, verzamelen en nauwkeurig controleren van QC-documentatie behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden, zodat kwaliteitsvereisten correct opgevolgd blijven
  • Rechtstreeks contact met inspecteurs en klanten geeft je de kans om kwaliteitsvereisten af te stemmen en controles professioneel te begeleiden
  • Bij afwijkingen registreer en volg je NCR’s en corrigerende acties op, waarbij je actief bijdraagt aan oplossingen en de verdere verbetering van QA/QC-processen
  • Tijdens interne en externe audits bied je ondersteuning en werk je nauw samen met het QA/QC-team, waarop je kunt rekenen voor de nodige begeleiding
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur in een metaalgerelateerde richting
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole binnen laswerk of constructie vormt een meerwaarde, al komen kandidaten met een sterke interesse hiervoor eveneens in aanmerking
  • Naast een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands beheers je ook goed het Engels en combineer je nauwkeurigheid met sterke administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden
