Ter uitbreiding van het team IT Insurance in Antwerpen, zoeken we een Quality Engineer Specialist.

Jouw uitdaging Als Quality Engineer Specialist neem jij de lead in het bewaken en verbeteren van kwaliteit over teams en systemen heen. Je kijkt niet alleen naar wat er getest moet worden, maar vooral naar hoe we het slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstgericht kunnen aanpakken.

Wat je doet als Quality Engineer Specialist bij DELA Elke werkdag bij DELA draait om betekenisvol contact. In deze rol komt het erop aan om:

  • Teststrategie en -aanpak te bepalen voor complexe trajecten en deze af te stemmen over meerdere teams
  • Testactiviteiten te coördineren en uit te voeren binnen en over scrumteams, inclusief integraties
  • Actief bij te dragen aan testautomatisatie: kaders bepalen, tooling optimaliseren en best practices introduceren
  • Kwaliteitsrisico's te analyseren en structurele verbeteracties op te zetten
  • Developers, testers en business te begeleiden in testaanpak en kwaliteitsdenken
  • Testresultaten en risico's helder te vertalen naar stakeholders en mee te sturen op releasebeslissingen
  • Actief bij te dragen aan de testgilde.

Wie jij bent (en wat jij meebrengt) Volgende troeven zoeken we in jou:

  • Sterke ervaring in software testing, inclusief complexere testtrajecten
  • Ervaring met testautomatisatie (opzetten, toepassen, verbeteren of beheren van frameworks)
  • Kennis van testmethodieken (ISTQB, TMAP) en ervaring met testtools (bv. Jira, TestRail, Testersuite, Xray)
  • Ervaring in een Agile/Scrum omgeving en samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders
  • Inzicht in API's, datastructuren en (basis)kennis van SQL
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met software- en projectmanagementmethodieken, inclusief het opzetten van een passende testaanpak
  • Je analyseert snel, denkt in oplossingen en ziet waar processen beter kunnen
  • Je communiceert helder en neemt mensen mee in jouw verhaal — van developer tot business
  • Je coacht collega's en werkt graag samen in multidisciplinaire teams
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar nog niet alles vastligt en je zelf richting geeft
  • Je werkt volgens ons IT-DNA: vakmanschap, oplossingsgericht, discipline en teamwork.
