Voor een financieel gezonde en internationaal actieve productieorganisatie in regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Quality Engineer die kwaliteit niet alleen controleert, maar vooral structureel wil verbeteren.

Je staat dicht bij de productie en werkt nauw samen met engineering, leveranciers en operationele teams. Wanneer kwaliteitsproblemen ontstaan, ga je op zoek naar de werkelijke oorzaak en zorg je ervoor dat oplossingen ook op lange termijn standhouden.

Een interessante functie voor iemand die technische kennis, analytisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit wil combineren binnen een uitdagende maakomgeving.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert de kwaliteitsprocessen binnen productie en montage, zodat producten consequent aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen voldoen.
  • Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsproblemen en afwijkingen met methodieken zoals 8D, 5 Why en Ishikawa en vertaalt jouw analyses naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je behandelt klantenklachten en non-conformiteiten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je voert interne kwaliteitsaudits uit, volgt bevindingen op en zorgt ervoor dat verbeterpunten daadwerkelijk worden geïmplementeerd.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsdata en KPI's en gebruikt deze inzichten om terugkerende problemen te identificeren en processen structureel te verbeteren.
  • Je werkt samen met engineering bij nieuwe producten en procesvalidaties, zodat kwaliteit al vanaf de ontwerp- en industrialisatiefase wordt meegenomen.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, zoals Elektromechanica, Industrieel Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit in een industriële productie- of maakomgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met root cause analysis, audits, kwaliteitsmethodieken en continue verbetering.
  • Ervaring met Lean of QRM is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende technisch inzicht om productieprocessen en kwaliteitsproblemen snel te begrijpen.
  • Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig, maar bent tegelijkertijd graag aanwezig op de werkvloer om verbeteringen praktisch te realiseren.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
