We zoeken we een ervaren Quality Lead die mee de kwaliteitsstrategie bepaalt en bewaakt. In deze rol combineer je technische expertise, stakeholdermanagement en people leadership. Je neemt een sleutelpositie in tussen productie, operations, R&D en klanten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het uitwerken, implementeren en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de organisatie.
  • Het aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het kwaliteitsteam.
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteitsnormen, certificeringen en audits (intern, extern en klantenaudits).
  • Het analyseren van kwaliteitsincidenten, klachten en non-conformiteiten en het definiëren van structurele verbeteracties.
  • Het opvolgen van KPI’s en het rapporteren van kwaliteitsresultaten aan het management.
  • Het leiden van continuous improvement-projecten rond kwaliteit, procesoptimalisatie en operational excellence.
  • Het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en certificerende instanties op vlak van kwaliteit.
  • Het ondersteunen van productintroducties en wijzigingen vanuit een kwaliteitsstandpunt.
  • Bachelor of master in een technische, wetenschappelijke of kwaliteitsgerichte richting.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, QA Lead of vergelijkbare functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en auditprocessen.
  • Kennis van methodieken zoals _oot cause analysis, CAPA, FMEA, SPC of vergelijkbare kwaliteitstools.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden of coachen van medewerkers.
  • Sterke kennis van kwaliteitsprocessen binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels voor interne en externe contacten.
  • Goede kennis van ERP-systemen en MS Office.
