Nederlands Quality Lead Als Quality Lead neem je een sleutelfunctie op binnen de Agristo-groep. Je leidt het Center of Excellence Quality, ontwikkelt de globale kwaliteitsstrategie en zorgt voor een uniforme, mature kwaliteitswerking in alle internationale productiesites. Met jouw visie, expertise en leiderschap bouw je aan een kwaliteitscultuur waarin voedselveiligheid, consistentie, klanttevredenheid en continue verbetering centraal staan. Wat zal je doen bij Agristo? Als Quality Lead: - Ontwikkel je het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en harmoniseer je de manier van werken in alle sites, conform wetgeving, HACCP-principes, BRC/IFS-normen en klantspecifieke eisen. - Bouw en beheer je globale kwaliteitsstandaarden, richtlijnen en methodieken, waaronder product- en proceskwaliteit, validatie, non-conformity management, inspecties en traceability. - Leid je het Center of Excellence Quality en bepaal je de strategische roadmap en prioriteiten voor het kwaliteitsdomein. - Coördineer je interne en externe audits, analyseer je resultaten en borg je opvolging via CAPA's, trendanalyses, HACCP-verificaties en management reviews. - Neem je een centrale rol op bij kwaliteitsincidenten en voedselveiligheidsissues, fungeer je als escalatiepunt en maak je deel uit van het calamiteitenteam. - Ondersteun en stuur je lokale Quality-teams functioneel aan, waarbij je consistentie en uniforme toepassing van groepsrichtlijnen verzekert. - Bevorder je kennisdeling en samenwerking via overlegmomenten, trainingen, workshops en gezamenlijke implementatieprojecten. - Vertegenwoordig je de organisatie bij key accounts, certificeringsinstanties en externe auditors, vooral bij groepsbrede kwaliteitsdossiers. - Werk je intensief samen met andere groepsfuncties - zoals Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Safety, Environmental en Supply Chain - om integraal kwaliteitsdenken te verankeren. - Stimuleer je een cultuur waarin kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, veiligheid en...
