The posting

Kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en continue verbetering komen in deze functie samen. Als Quality Lead zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteitsafspraken niet alleen op papier bestaan, maar ook effectief worden toegepast binnen de productie. Voor een moderne voedingsproducent in de regio Berlare zoeken we een Quality Lead die graag dicht bij de productie staat. Je vormt de brug tussen Quality en Operations en neemt een actieve rol op in het oplossen van kwaliteitsissues, het verbeteren van processen en het verder uitbouwen van een sterke kwaliteitscultuur.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen jouw productieomgeving en zorgt voor een correcte toepassing van de geldende standaarden.
  • Bij klachten, incidenten of afwijkingen ga je samen met de betrokken collega's op zoek naar de oorzaak en bepaal je welke acties nodig zijn.
  • Je coördineert verbeteracties en volgt deze op tot ze effectief geïmplementeerd zijn.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteits-KPI's en trends en gebruikt deze informatie om verbeterpunten te identificeren.
  • Je neemt deel aan kwaliteitsmeetings en zorgt ervoor dat QA ook op de productievloer zichtbaar aanwezig is.
  • Je werkt mee aan projecten rond procesoptimalisatie, nieuwe installaties en wijzigingen aan bestaande processen.
  • Je ondersteunt interne en externe audits en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van eventuele vaststellingen.
  • Je bewaakt procedures, werkinstructies en andere kwaliteitsdocumentatie en zorgt dat deze actueel blijven.
  • Je werkt mee aan HACCP, risicoanalyses en controles rond voedselveiligheid.
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt collega's bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken en helpt mee om kwaliteit verder te verankeren binnen de organisatie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in voeding, biochemie, chemie, biowetenschappen of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen Quality in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van HACCP, voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitssystemen.
