Voor een ambitieuze voedingsproducent in de regio Mariakerke ben ik op zoek naar een Quality Lead die mee richting geeft aan het kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeleid. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen kwaliteit en operations en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsstandaarden ook daadwerkelijk leven binnen de productie. Je komt terecht in een professionele omgeving waar continu verbeteren centraal staat. Vanuit jouw rol werk je samen met verschillende afdelingen, begeleid je verbetertrajecten en stimuleer je medewerkers om kwaliteit mee als hun verantwoordelijkheid te zien.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse kwaliteitsactiviteiten en brengt structuur en prioriteiten binnen het QA-team.
  • Je staat in voor de opvolging en verdere ontwikkeling van het kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidssysteem.
  • Je vertaalt wijzigingen in wetgeving, normen en certificeringsvereisten naar praktische richtlijnen.
  • Je plant, begeleidt en volgt interne, klant- en certificatieaudits op.
  • Je behandelt klachten en afwijkingen, onderzoekt de onderliggende oorzaken en zet gerichte verbeteracties op.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsdata en KPI's en gebruikt deze om processen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je neemt het voortouw in risicoanalyses en projecten rond kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en procesverbetering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Productie, Aankoop, R&D, Supply Chain en Management.
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met klanten, leveranciers en externe partners voor kwaliteitsgerelateerde dossiers.
  • Je geeft opleidingen en ondersteunt medewerkers rond kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je bouwt actief mee aan een cultuur waarin kwaliteit op de werkvloer breed gedragen wordt.
  • Je rapporteert over de kwaliteitsresultaten en formuleert verbeterinitiatieven richting het management.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in voeding, biotechnologie, chemie, kwaliteitsmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen Quality Assurance, kwaliteit of voedselveiligheid in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van HACCP en bent vertrouwd met systemen en standaarden zoals IFS en/of BRC.
