Wat ga je doen als Quality Manager regio Ingelmunster?

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem binnen de organisatie.
  • De helft van jouw tijd breng je door op de werkvloer, waar je kwaliteitsprocessen opvolgt en medewerkers ondersteunt.
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne en externe audits, inclusief de opvolging van verbeteracties.
  • Analyseren van kwaliteitsdata en uitwerken van initiatieven rond procesoptimalisatie en continue verbetering.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteit en stimuleert een kwaliteitscultuur binnen de organisatie.

Ben jij de Quality Manager die we zoeken?

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een relevante technische of kwaliteitsgerichte richting.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen quality assurance, quality management of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsnormen, audits en procesverbetering.
  • Analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en een echte coach op de werkvloer.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een mooie troef.
