Het gaat om een toonaangevend Belgisch productiebedrijf binnen de verpakkingsindustrie, gespecialiseerd in innovatieve kunststofverpakkingen op maat. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert verpakkingsoplossingen voor zowel de voedings- als non-foodsector, waarbij kwaliteit, productbescherming, duurzaamheid en innovatie centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

In deze veelzijdige kwaliteitsfunctie krijg je de ruimte om écht impact te maken op het kwaliteitsbeleid van de organisatie. Je neemt ownership over thema’s zoals BRCGS, voedselveiligheid en continue kwaliteitsverbetering en bouwt actief mee aan een sterke kwaliteitscultuur.

Je beheert klachten van A tot Z en gebruikt de 8D-methodiek om oorzaken te analyseren en structurele verbeteringen te realiseren. Daarnaast neem je het voortouw in audits, controles en traceerbaarheidstesten en zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteitsdocumentatie en certificaten steeds correct en up-to-date zijn.

Als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe klanten werk je nauw samen met verschillende teams en productiesites. Je stuurt het Quality-team aan, brengt mensen samen en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsstandaarden niet alleen op papier bestaan, maar ook écht leven op de productievloer.

Je krijgt bovendien de vrijheid om processen kritisch te bekijken, verbeterpunten te signaleren en zelf initiatieven te nemen. Je bent dus niet enkel verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van kwaliteit, maar krijgt de kans om mee te bepalen hoe kwaliteit binnen de organisatie verder evolueert.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen kwaliteitsbeheer
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Engels en Frans
