Je krijgt een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van kwaliteit, conformiteit en continu verbeteren. € 4500 - € 6175 Nieuwegein HBO Product & Development Wat ga je doen als Quality Manager? Als Quality Manager maak je kwaliteit onderdeel van de dagelijkse manier van werken. Je houdt overzicht over wat er vandaag speelt en anticipeert op eisen en risico's die de komende twee tot drie jaar op onze partner afkomen. Je ontwikkelt het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem verder, brengt toekomstige risico's vroegtijdig in beeld en zorgt dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij werk je samen met onder andere Productmanagement, Engineering, Operations, Service en het managementteam. Vanuit een onafhankelijke regierol zorg je voor heldere verantwoordelijkheden, effectieve besluitvorming en tijdige opvolging door de betrokken afdelingen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: · Het verder ontwikkelen en professionaliseren van het Quality Management System (QMS). · Het stimuleren van continu verbeteren binnen de gehele organisatie. · Het opzetten, voorzitten en verder ontwikkelen van de Conformity Review Board. · Het coördineren van interne en externe audits en de opvolging van bevindingen. · Het bewaken van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen, waaronder CAPA. · Het vroegtijdig signaleren van risico's rond regelgeving, cybersecurity, technologie en producteisen. · Het rapporteren aan het management over kwaliteit, risico's en voortgang.
