Ben jij geboeid door voeding, kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid en wil je mee waken over producten die dagelijks bij klanten terechtkomen? Als Quality Manager zorg je voor een correcte kwaliteitsopvolging, bewaak je procedures en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alles rond kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. Zowel een ervaren kandidaat als een gemotiveerde schoolverlater met een relevante bachelor komt in aanmerking voor deze functie in de ruime regio Schoten.

De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Quality Manager:

  • Bewaken en verder optimaliseren van het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de organisatie.
  • Toezien op de naleving van procedures rond kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en de resultaten hiervan correct registreren en opvolgen.
  • Specificaties, kwaliteitsdocumenten en productinformatie beheren en actueel houden.
  • Controleren of producten en processen voldoen aan de geldende kwaliteitsvereisten.
  • Afwijkingen detecteren, analyseren en samen met collega's zoeken naar passende oplossingen.
  • Klachten rond productkwaliteit onderzoeken en zorgen voor een correcte verdere opvolging.
  • Interne procedures en werkinstructies opstellen, aanpassen en bewaken.
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne en externe kwaliteitsaudits.
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en andere externe partijen over kwaliteitsgerelateerde onderwerpen.
  • Collega's ondersteunen en sensibiliseren rond hygiëne, voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Administratieve opvolging verzorgen van kwaliteitsdossiers en bijbehorende registraties.
  • Verbeterpunten identificeren en voorstellen formuleren om de kwaliteit verder te verhogen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om kwaliteit doorheen de volledige organisatie te bewaken.

Kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en een correcte opvolging van producten en processen staan centraal in de dagelijkse werking. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende collega's en krijgt de mogelijkheid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen het kwaliteitsbeleid. Ook als schoolverlater krijg je de kans om je kennis in de praktijk verder uit te bouwen en te groeien binnen het vakgebied. Wie jij bent als Quality Manager:

  • In het bezit van een bachelor binnen voedings- en dieetkunde, voedingsmiddelentechnologie of een andere relevante richting.
  • Geen relevante bachelor, maar wel ervaring binnen kwaliteit of de voedingssector? Ook dan kom je in aanmerking.
  • Schoolverlaters met de juiste opleiding en motivatie zijn zeker welkom.
  • Sterke interesse in voeding, kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in het uitvoeren en documenteren van controles.
  • Verantwoordelijk en bereid om eigenaarschap te nemen over kwaliteitsgerelateerde onderwerpen.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en goed in het achterhalen van oorzaken bij afwijkingen of problemen.
  • Communicatief sterk en comfortabel in de samenwerking met verschillende collega's en externe partijen.
  • Proactief en gemotiveerd om verbeteringen voor te stellen en mee te implementeren.
  • Administratief sterk en zorgvuldig in het beheren van procedures en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Leergierig en bereid om jouw kennis van kwaliteitsnormen en voedselveiligheid verder uit te bouwen.
