FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Wat mag je van de job verwachten?

- Kwaliteit uitdragen binnen het bedrijf en een cultuur creëren waarin kwaliteit op elke afdeling leeft

- Kwaliteitsbeleid en kwaliteitssystemen implementeren, verder uitwerken en auditeren met als doel een optimale beheersing van alle interne processen

- Implementatie van (internationale) klanten- en normvereisten: BRCGS, IFS, ACS, Rainforest Alliance, RSPO, Fairtrade, SMETA, FS-MA, … Alsook religieuze vereisten: Halal en Kosher.

- Opvolgen en implementeren van nieuwe wetgeving en kwaliteitsnormen

- Externe audits inplannen, voorbereiden en begeleiden. De correctieve acties die voortvloeien uit de audits opvolgen en implementeren

- Systeem van tracering van eindproducten, grondstoffen en verpakking opvolgen

- Kwaliteitsklachten behandelen en d.m.v. root cause analyse voorstellen formuleren voor procesverbetering

- Je bent de leidende kracht om kwaliteitsbewustzijn te stimuleren bij alle medewerkers. Je organiseert opleidingen en verbeteracties ter versterking van de kwaliteit op de werkvloer.

- Je staat in voor het beheer en aanleveren van de specificaties en etikettering voor bestaande producten en nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Beheer van technische fiches en analysecertificaten.

- Je hebt interesse in preventie en welzijn op het werk, en hebt de ambitie om de functie van preventieadviseur in te vullen

PROFIEL

De Quality Manager die we zoeken:

- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (Bio ingenieur, industrieel ingenieur met een specialisatie op voedingstechnologie) en minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de voeding

- Grondige kennis van de internationale kwaliteitssystemen en ervaring in het borgen ervan

- Sterke interne en externe communicatieve vaardigheden om het kwaliteitsgegeven maximaal op de werkvloer te laten leven, kortom een bewezen people manager met goede coachende kwaliteiten

- Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid

- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail

- Ervaring met het werken met MS Office en ERP applicaties

- Je bent in het bezit van een attest preventieadviseur niveau 3, of je bent bereid om dit te behalen
