Binnen deze internationaal actieve organisatie draait alles om hoogwaardige agri-producten en topkwaliteit in elk proces. Het bedrijf combineert technische expertise, innovatie en klantgerichtheid met een dynamische werkomgeving waar groei en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan. Medewerkers krijgen de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, processen te verbeteren en impact te maken op de productkwaliteit, zowel intern als bij klanten wereldwijd.

Als Product Quality Manager ben jij het technische anker in de beoordeling en optimalisatie van productkwaliteit. Je coacht en ondersteunt medewerkers bij het realiseren van de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden en bent het aanspreekpunt bij escalaties of discussies over productkwaliteit. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen en breng je technische kennis over aan je team. Je rol is zowel strategisch als hands-on, met een focus op de agri-sector.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Initiatief nemen om de productkwaliteit objectief te beoordelen volgens vastgelegde specificaties en normen
  • Bewaken en opvolgen van productkwaliteit met de juiste meet- en testmiddelen
  • Optreden als aanspreekpunt bij escalaties over productkwaliteit voor collega’s, filialen en klanten
  • Medewerkers coachen en aanzetten tot correctieve en preventieve acties
  • Meedenken en meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en verbeterprojecten met impact op productkwaliteit
  • Activiteiten afstemmen op globale standaardprocessen
  • Bachelor- of Master in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in productkwaliteit en kwaliteitsmanagement
  • Zeer goede kennis van Engels en Frans, Nederlands is een plus
  • Sterke people skills, ervaring in coaching of people management is een voordeel
  • Uitgebreide technische kennis, affiniteit met agri-producten is een plus
  • Bereidheid om circa 50% van de tijd te reizen naar filialen en klanten, binnen België en internationaal
