The posting

Als Kwaliteitsmanager waak je over de kwaliteit van de producten en processen. Daarnaast ondersteun je mee de doelstellingen rond veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu (EHS).

Je combineert een strategische visie met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer. Je weet medewerkers te motiveren, processen kritisch te analyseren en verbeteringen te realiseren.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je stuurt de kwaliteitsafdeling aan en geeft rechtstreeks leiding aan de Quality Engineer en Production Assistant. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met Q-Auditoren en eindinspecteurs.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt je team om de kwaliteitsstandaarden continu te verbeteren.
  • Je volgt de kwaliteitsprestaties en KPI's nauwgezet op en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de productievloer.
  • Je begeleidt interne en externe audits en treedt op als centraal aanspreekpunt voor auditors, klanten en andere externe stakeholders.
  • Je vertaalt wettelijke vereisten, kwaliteitsnormen en klanteisen naar concrete en werkbare processen op de werkvloer.
  • Je waakt erover dat het managementsysteem voldoet aan de geldende normen en wetgeving, waaronder IATF 16949, ISO 45001 en ISO 14001.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en OEM's en speelt een belangrijke rol in het opvolgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteitsvereisten.
  • Je ondersteunt de EHS-verantwoordelijke en neemt mee verantwoordelijkheid op voor het behalen van de doelstellingen rond veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager en hebt een belangrijke invloed op het kwaliteits- en EHS-beleid van de organisatie.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een masterdiploma in een technische of ingenieursrichting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen kwaliteitsmanagement in een industriële omgeving (kunststof of metaal)
  • Je bent vertrouwd met kwaliteitstools zoals SPC, 8D, MSA en FMEA. Kennis van managementsystemen zoals ISO 9001 en IATF 16949 is een sterke troef. Kennis van ISO 45001 en ISO 14001 is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een extra troef.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en weet mensen te overtuigen en te motiveren.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met de nodige leidinggevende kwaliteiten.
  • Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht en durft verbeterpunten kritisch in vraag te stellen.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieubewust werken.
  • Je voelt je zowel comfortabel in overleg met het management als op de productievloer.
