Als Quality Manager verdien je bij ons een salaris tussen € 5.250,- en € 6.250,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, met 28 vakantiedagen, een uitstekende pensioenregeling (66% werkgeversbijdrage) en maandelijks een hoogwaardig productpakket. Ons Team Je komt terecht in een daadkrachtig, no-nonsense team waar kwaliteit niet alleen op papier bestaat, maar dagelijks leeft. Je stuurt direct twee ervaren specialistische teams aan: Quality Assurance (QA) en Quality Control (QC). Stel je voor: tijdens het ochtendoverleg bespreek je met je teamleden de uitdagingen van de dag. De sfeer is open, gedreven en collegiaal. Hier krijgt jouw expertise het vertrouwen dat het verdient en coach je jouw mensen om elke dag een stapje beter te worden. Jouw Rol Zie jij jezelf al de strategische en operationele spil zijn van onze kwaliteitsorganisatie? Als Quality Manager sta je in het hart van de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Operations, Supply Chain en Productie en bent de sparringpartner van de directie. Geen papieren tijger, maar een zichtbare leider die verandering aanjaagt. Jouw belangrijkste taken: - Direct leidinggeven aan en coachen van de QA- en QC-teams. - Eindverantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitssystemen en certificeringen zoals IFS Higher Level, HACCP, SKAL en Halal, inclusief klantspecifieke audits. - Vertaalslag maken van wet- en regelgeving naar een praktisch kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeleid. - Coördineren en continue optimaliseren van interne en externe audits. - Agieren als aanspreekpunt voor internationale klanten, leverancier.

Wie Ben Jij? Je bent een daadkrachtige, analytische en hands-on leidinggevende. Je durft keuzes te maken, staat stevig in je schoenen en weet mensen te verbinden en te inspireren. Jouw profiel: - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Voedingsmiddelentechnologie of een vergelijkbare richting. - Minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. - Aantoonbare kennis van IFS, HACCP en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Ruime ervaring met het coachen van teams en het optimaliseren van kwaliteitsprocessen. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels. - Affiniteit met of interesse in duurzaamheid en veiligheid is een pre.
