Bij ProNails zoeken we een parttime Quality Manager die kwaliteit bewaakt, verbetert én laat leven binnen onze organisatie.

Je bent dé referentie voor Quality & Regulatory. Je beheert en optimaliseert ons kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem volgens ISO 22716 – Cosmetics GMP, bewaakt de kwaliteit en compliance van onze producten en vertaalt wet- en regelgeving binnen de cosmeticasector naar de praktijk.

De functie is in te vullen op 3 of 4 dagen per week. Daarbij vinden we voldoende aanwezigheid op kantoor belangrijk. Zo hou je voeling met de dagelijkse werking, werk je nauw samen met de verschillende teams en kun je het Quality-team actief begeleiden en ondersteunen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert en optimaliseert ons kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en kwaliteitsbeleid.
  • Je bewaakt ISO 22716, product compliance en relevante cosmetica-regelgeving.
  • Je volgt productdocumentatie, specificaties, claims en non-conformiteiten op.
  • Je voert audits, risicoanalyses, root cause analyses en CAPA’s uit.
  • Je bewaakt productkwaliteit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor productvrijgave en eventuele recalls.
  • Je analyseert klachten en vertaalt inzichten naar structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je rapporteert Quality KPI’s aan het management.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt je team en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit leeft over de verschillende afdelingen heen.

En vooral: je hebt goesting. Veel goesting.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en werkt nauw samen met onder andere Operations, Purchase, Product Development en Sales.

Met jouw expertise, finesse en people skills zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit niet alleen op papier staat, maar elke dag binnen ProNails wordt geleefd.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen Quality Management, Quality Assurance of een vergelijkbare functie en beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Kennis van ISO 22716 – Cosmetics GMP, audits, CAPA’s, risicoanalyses en regulatory compliance binnen cosmetica is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig, maar tegelijk communicatief en verbindend. Je neemt ownership, durft bestaande werkwijzen kritisch in vraag te stellen en bent diplomatisch waar het kan en standvastig waar het moet.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een deeltijdse rol met zichtbare aanwezigheid binnen de organisatie en haalt energie uit het begeleiden van mensen en het bouwen aan een sterke kwaliteitscultuur.
