The posting

Als Quality Engineer ben je de drijvende kracht achter het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit geen losstaand gegeven is, maar structureel geïntegreerd zit in onze processen, projecten en samenwerking.

  • Je integreert kwaliteitscontroles in operationele processen via duidelijke Q-gates en bewaakt zo de consistentie van onze kwaliteit.
  • Je bouwt verder op bestaande QA-processen en versterkt onze kwaliteitssystemen.
  • Je beheert NCR's en CAPA's: je analyseert oorzaken en volgt corrigerende en preventieve acties nauwgezet op.
  • Je detecteert kwaliteitsnoden en zet verbeteringsprojecten op van analyse tot implementatie.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit bij leveranciers, in productie én op werven, en garandeert zo de kwaliteit van onze onderdelen en systemen.
  • Samen met Head Of's en Group Managers veranker je “lessons learned” in de organisatie, zodat kennis duurzaam wordt meegenomen naar toekomstige projecten.
  • Je ondersteunt en begeleidt verschillende afdelingen in het structureel integreren van kwaliteit en voorziet de nodige opleidingen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO.
  • Deze functie biedt op termijn de mogelijkheid om verder door te groeien en extra verantwoordelijkheden binnen QA op te nemen.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in engineering en minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen kwaliteit.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het beheren, analyseren en afsluiten van NCR's en CAPA's.
  • Je combineert een pragmatische aanpak met technische expertise en vertaalt problemen naar concrete, toepasbare oplossingen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met kwaliteitsnormen en -methodieken (zoals PED, WPS, ISO, Lean, Six Sigma...).
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hands-on, ook bij het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Je hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en detecteert snel kwaliteitsissues.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet teams te overtuigen en te enthousiasmeren.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een plus.
  • Je bent bereid om occasioneel te reizen binnen West-Europa.
