Voor een groeiende speler binnen de bouw- en productiesector in de regio Lokeren ben ik op zoek naar een Quality Manager die mee richting geeft aan kwaliteit en productconformiteit. Je combineert een technische achtergrond met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit niet alleen wordt opgevolgd, maar ook continu verder wordt verbeterd. Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en continue verbetering centraal staan. Vanuit jouw expertise bewaak je de kwaliteit over verschillende productiesites, ondersteun je lokale teams en werk je nauw samen met productie, engineering en management. Heb je daarnaast interesse in preventie en veiligheid? Dan krijg je de kans om ook hierin verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over het kwaliteitsbeleid en zorgt voor de verdere ontwikkeling en opvolging ervan.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van producten en processen over verschillende productiesites en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met lokale kwaliteitsverantwoordelijken.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert de nodige kwaliteitsdossiers, certificaties en technische documentatie.
  • Je begeleidt interne en externe audits, controlebezoeken en certificatieprocessen.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsgegevens en afwijkende resultaten en vertaalt deze naar concrete actie- en verbeterplannen.
  • Je volgt klachten en kwaliteitsincidenten op en werkt samen met productie en andere betrokken afdelingen aan structurele oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt engineering bij nieuwe machines, installaties en projecten en denkt mee over de kwaliteitsaspecten hiervan.
  • Bij nieuwe producten en projecten zorg je ervoor dat de nodige kwaliteitsplannen worden opgesteld en correct geïmplementeerd.
  • Je werkt samen met externe labo's en keuringsinstanties voor specifieke kwaliteitscontroles en proeven.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de productievloer, detecteert verbeterpunten en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsafspraken ook effectief worden toegepast.
  • Je stimuleert een sterke kwaliteitscultuur en sensibiliseert medewerkers rond kwaliteit, procedures en correcte werkwijzen.
  • Je neemt initiatief in continuous improvement en helpt processen en producten verder te optimaliseren.
  • Heb je interesse in preventie en veiligheid? Dan kan je vanuit jouw interesse mee ondersteunen rond risicoanalyses, veiligheidsprocedures en verbeteracties op de werkvloer.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring binnen Quality, kwaliteitsmanagement of kwaliteitscontrole in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector, betonsector of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving is een sterke troef.
