Voor een innovatieve en groeiende productieorganisatie in regio Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Manager.

In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de organisatie. Je combineert een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met een strategische visie op kwaliteit en bent de drijvende kracht achter audits, kwaliteitsverbeteringen en de verdere professionalisering van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.

Je vormt de brug tussen productie en management en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering dagelijks centraal staan.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en optimaliseert het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem binnen de organisatie.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van kwaliteitsprocedures, normen, wetgeving en klantspecifieke vereisten.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor, begeleidt deze en volgt verbeteracties nauwgezet op.
  • Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en bewaakt de kwaliteit van processen en eindproducten.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, analyseert afwijkingen en neemt corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je begeleidt root cause analyses en leidt verbeterprojecten rond kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsdata, KPI's, klachten en non-conformiteiten en vertaalt deze naar structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je coacht en ondersteunt medewerkers en versterkt het kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de volledige organisatie.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management en werkt actief mee aan de verdere professionalisering van de kwaliteitsorganisatie.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen Quality Assurance, Quality Management of een gelijkaardige functie in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, audits en continue verbeteringsmethodieken.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en combineert structuur met een pragmatische, hands-on aanpak.
  • Je bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet medewerkers mee te nemen in kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt vlot samen met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een mooie troef.
