Voor een productiebedrijf actief binnen de voedingssector zijn wij op zoek naar een Quality Manager.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen, implementeren en bewaken van het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsnormen en klanteneisen correct worden toegepast binnen alle afdelingen en processen.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • ontwikkelen, implementeren en auditeren van kwaliteitssystemen;
  • opvolgen van internationale normen en certificeringen binnen de voedingsindustrie;
  • voorbereiden, begeleiden en opvolgen van externe audits;
  • opvolgen van correctieve acties en procesverbeteringen;
  • beheren van traceerbaarheid van grondstoffen, verpakkingen en eindproducten;
  • behandelen van kwaliteitsklachten en uitvoeren van root cause analyses;
  • opmaken en beheren van productspecificaties, technische fiches en etikettering;
  • organiseren van opleidingen rond kwaliteitsbewustzijn op de werkvloer;
  • ondersteunen van preventie- en welzijnsinitiatieven binnen de organisatie.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat met:

  • een masterdiploma in een relevante richting (bijv. voedingsgerelateerd of ingenieursopleiding);
  • minstens enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige kwaliteitsfunctie binnen de voedingssector;
  • grondige kennis van kwaliteitssystemen en -normen;
  • sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden;
  • een analytische, gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkstijl;
  • goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een pluspunt);
  • ervaring met MS Office en ERP-systemen.

Ervaring als preventieadviseur of bereidheid om dit te behalen is een pluspunt.
