Introductie

Voor een groeiende en familiaal verankerde organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke. In deze functie krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid over kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid en ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor zowel productie als directie.

Je combineert de verdere uitbouw van het kwaliteitsbeleid met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer. Daarbij krijg je veel autonomie om processen te verbeteren en de kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidscultuur verder te versterken.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt het volledige kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeleid en rapporteert hierover aan de directie.
  • Je coördineert het volledige HACCP-systeem en volgt CCP's, risicoanalyses, validaties en verificaties nauwgezet op.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor IFS en begeleidt interne en externe audits. Daarnaast volg je certificeringen zoals RSPO en Rainforest Alliance op.
  • Je behandelt klachten en non-conformiteiten en vertaalt deze naar concrete corrigerende en preventieve acties.
  • Je organiseert traceerbaarheidstesten en recalloefeningen en bewaakt systemen rond Food Defense, Food Fraud en Food Safety Culture.
  • Je beheert productspecificaties, technische fiches, ingrediëntendeclaraties, analyseplannen en andere kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Je coördineert leveranciersaudits en bent het aanspreekpunt voor het FAVV, externe labo's en auditinstanties.
  • Je voert regelmatig kwaliteitsrondes uit in productie en bewaakt onder meer hygiëne, reiniging, staalnames en pest control.
  • Je organiseert opleidingen rond kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsbewustzijn breed gedragen wordt binnen de organisatie.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een voedingsgerelateerde richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van HACCP, IFS en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en weet zelfstandig prioriteiten te bepalen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet medewerkers mee te krijgen in kwaliteits- en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
