Introductie

Voor een groeiende productieorganisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke. In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeleid binnen de organisatie. Je combineert een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met een gestructureerde aanpak rond audits, HACCP en continue verbetering.

Je werkt nauw samen met productie, directie en externe partners en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid structureel verankerd blijven binnen de organisatie.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt het kwaliteitsbeleid en vertaalt kwaliteitsdoelstellingen naar de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige HACCP-systeem en zorgt voor de correcte opvolging van voedselveiligheidsprocessen.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor en begeleidt certificeringen zoals IFS en andere relevante kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Je behandelt klachten, non-conformiteiten en corrigerende acties en zorgt voor structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je volgt wijzigingen in de wetgeving op en vertaalt deze naar de interne kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Je beheert productspecificaties, technische fiches, analyseplannen en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Je voert kwaliteitsrondes uit op de werkvloer en werkt nauw samen met productie om processen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor externe auditinstanties, labo's en officiële inspectiediensten.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een voedingsgerelateerde richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van HACCP, IFS en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet medewerkers enthousiast mee te nemen in kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
