Jouw rol: kwaliteit bewaken, processen versterken

Als Quality Officer ben je een sleutelfiguur in het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen de productie. Je werkt nauw samen met de Quality Manager en productie, en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit geen toeval is, maar een doordacht en gedragen proces.

Concreet:

  • Je analyseert afwijkingen en kwaliteitsproblemen en vertaalt deze naar gerichte verbeteracties
  • Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde opvolging van klachten en borgt correcte documentatie
  • Je stemt af met interne en externe stakeholders om duurzame oplossingen te implementeren
  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert processen volgens ISO 9001-richtlijnen
  • Je ondersteunt de productie met jouw expertise en helpt kwaliteit verankeren in het dagelijkse werk

Je impact? Minder fouten, betere processen en een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit voorspelbaar en beheersbaar wordt.
