Als Corporate Quality Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het borgen van de kwaliteit van facilitaire processen binnen de landen waar Dormio en Summio actief zijn. Jouw eerste prioriteit is het toezien op en de naleving van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van gebouwbeheer. Je bent een strategische ondersteuning voor de Corporate Facility Manager en werkt nauw samen met de Resortmanagers en lokale facilitaire teams. · Je ziet nauwlettend toe op de naleving van wet- en regelgeving per land en escaleert waar nodig naar de betrokken stakeholders; · Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en begeleiden van kwaliteitscontroles en audits op de resorts; · Je adviseert over en implementeert duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen binnen facility management; · Je monitort de compliance binnen de facilitaire afdelingen en rapporteert hierover aan de Corporate Facility Manager; · Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie en optimalisatie van facilitaire processen, met een scherp oog voor detail en finesse. Waar kom je te werken? Je komt te werken op het hoofdkantoor van Dormio Group in het centrum van Arnhem. Als Corporate Quality Officer maak je onderdeel uit van de afdeling Operations, deze afdeling valt onder Dormio Resorts & Hotels. Als full-service partner houdt Dormio Group zich bezig met de verhuur, verkoop, het beheer en de exploitatie van meer dan 60 vakantieparken en hotels onder de merknamen Dormio Resorts & Hotels, Summio Parcs, PODS Curaçao by Dormio en Duna Parque Resorts & Hotels.
