Heb jij oog voor detail, een analytische mindset en interesse in techniek en kwaliteit? Wil je een actieve rol spelen in het bewaken én verbeteren van kwaliteitsprocessen? Als Quality Officer krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om kwaliteitsnormen mee vorm te geven, afwijkingen te analyseren en verbeteracties te coördineren.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit niet alleen gecontroleerd wordt, maar ook structureel wordt verankerd binnen de organisatie.

Jouw taken

  • Je bepaalt, documenteert en bewaakt de kwaliteitsnormen in samenwerking met de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je ontwikkelt procedures, controlesheets en andere kwaliteitsdocumentatie en bouwt mee aan een duidelijk kwaliteitshandboek.
  • Je neemt bij non-conformiteiten het initiatief om de betrokken stakeholders samen te brengen en gericht naar oplossingen te zoeken.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsafwijkingen en stelt passende corrigerende en preventieve acties voor.
  • Je stelt actieplannen op, volgt deze nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een correcte afronding.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij uiteenlopende kwaliteitsvragen en fungeert als aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie.
  • Je documenteert en rapporteert kwaliteitsafwijkingen en bespreekt je bevindingen met de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je betrekt interne stakeholders actief bij het kwaliteitsproces en stimuleert een kwaliteitsgerichte samenwerking.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij de communicatie rond kwaliteit met externe stakeholders.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de verdere optimalisatie van het kwaliteitsbeleid en initieert verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt samen met het management aan de jaarlijkse kwaliteitsdoelstellingen en vertaalt deze naar een concreet actieplan.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering van de kwaliteitsdoelstellingen en verbeteracties verder op.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting en hebt affiniteit met elektromechanica.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen kwaliteitsbeheer of een kwaliteitsafdeling is mooi meegenomen. Ook schoolverlaters met de juiste motivatie komen in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kunt kwaliteitsgegevens en rapportages interpreteren en analyseren.
  • Je beschikt over een pragmatische en flexibele aanpak en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet collega's op een positieve manier te enthousiasmeren voor kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en bent tegelijk een echte teamplayer.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in processen, kwaliteit en technische omgevingen.
