Wegens uitbreiding zoeken wij een QA/QC Officer (32 - 40 uur) die samen met twee collega's verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het kwaliteitsmanagement binnen ons bedrijf. Je beheert, beoordeelt en verbetert onze producten en zorgt ervoor, dat de kwaliteit van onze eindproducten gewaarborgd blijft en voldoet aan alle richtlijnen en eisen Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers m.b.t. de kwaliteitseisen van onze verpakkingen. Dit betekent dat je o.a. verantwoordelijk bent voor de volgende werkzaamheden: - Het mede opstellen van ons QA-beleid en het bewaken van dit beleid; - Je coördineert de afhandeling van productklachten; - Je analyseert kwaliteitsklachten en beveelt verbeteringen aan; - Het behandelen van interne en externe vragen m.b.t. kwaliteit; - Je beheert de kwaliteitscontracten met leveranciers; - Je beoordeelt en selecteert (nieuwe) leveranciers; - Het opstellen en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten; - Het verwerken van informatie in het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem; - Je voert interne audits en leveranciersaudits uit; - Je begeleidt externe audits; - Het opstellen van QA rapportages. Functie eisen Wij zoeken een communicatief vaardige kandidaat die nauwkeurig werkt en prioriteiten weet te stellen. Collegialiteit is belangrijk bij ons; je zet je in voor jouw team en helpt elkaar daar waar nodig. Je hebt zowel contact met leveranciers als met klanten.
