Als Quality Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van correcte productspecificaties en etiketten van alle verkochte artikels. Je haalt deadlines door tijdig de nodige informatie te verzamelen en op te maken conform de eisen van klanten. Voor klant-specifieke opdrachten overleg je voldoende met de sales verantwoordelijke en quality manager.

Je stelt zelf productspecificaties op voor onze eigen productiesites én je controleert productspecificaties van leveranciers, conform de geldende nationale en Europese wetgevingen. Je plant proactief updates van deze productspecificaties.

Je maakt etiketten op met teksten in de landstalen van verkoop en keurt etiketvoorstellen goed van leveranciers, ook hier conform de geldende nationale en Europese wetgevingen. Je pleegt waar nodig overleg met de quality manager. Je borgt dat productetiketten correct zijn en tijdig aangepast worden indien nodig.

Voor producten in consumentenverpakking lever je correcte productinformatie aan de Product & Trade Marketing Officer. Aanpassingen van de consumentenverpakking kijk je grondig na ter goedkeuring.

Je beheert productinformatie in portalsystemen.

Je coördineert het databeheer voor nieuwe productintroducties en productwijzigingen, waarbij je betrokken collega’s om informatie vraagt én geïnformeerd houdt van de status. Je communicatie naar de productmanager, sales verantwoordelijke, besteldienst, R&D, logistiek en aankoop is hierbij erg belangrijk. Hiertoe neem je actief deel aan de product meetings.

  • Je bent perfectionistisch ingesteld met oog voor detail.
  • Door je ondernemende aanpak en goede planning verzamel je de nodige data op tijd om deadlines te halen.
  • Ervaring met etikettering, allergenen en nutritionele waarden en de relevante wetgevingen zijn troeven.
  • Idealiter heb je ook ervaring met SAP, Nicelabel, Mescontrol, Bartender, Excel en Word
