Ben jij gebeten door kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid? Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de voedingssector in regio Westerlo zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Officer. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratieve kwaliteitsopvolging met praktijkgerichte ondersteuning in het labo en de productieomgeving.

Heb je ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen zoals HACCP, BRC of IFS en haal je voldoening uit het opvolgen van klachten, audits en kwaliteitsprocessen? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Behandelen en opvolgen van klachtendossiers en afwijkingen.
  • Onderhouden, verbeteren en verder uitwerken van het kwaliteitssysteem.
  • Waken over de naleving van wettelijke voorschriften, kwaliteitsnormen en klantenspecificaties.
  • Ondersteunen bij interne audits en rapporteren van de resultaten.
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van verbeteracties.
  • Inspringen als back-up in het labo bij afwezigheid van een collega.
  • Uitvoeren van staalafnames, kwaliteitscontroles en rondgangen in de productie.
  • Evalueren van analyseresultaten en controleren of producten voldoen aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Door de combinatie van kantoorwerk, laboactiviteiten en productienabijheid is geen enkele dag hetzelfde.

Voor deze functie kijken we uit naar iemand die kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel draagt en graag initiatief neemt.

Verder herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in Voedingsmiddelentechnologie, Chemie, Biochemie of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen kwaliteitszorg in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een sterke troef, maar kandidaten uit bijvoorbeeld farma, chemie of andere productieomgevingen komen eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitssystemen zoals HACCP, BRC en/of IFS.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld. Je werkt voornamelijk in dagdienst met glijdende uren, maar springt geregeld mee in een 2-ploegensysteem.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans of Duits is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kan vlot werken met de gebruikelijke MS Office-toepassingen.
