Voor onze klant, Ciner Glass, een toonaangevende speler in glasproductie, zoeken we een gedreven Operator Quality & Cold End. In deze rol speel je een essentiële rol in de eindfase van ons productieproces, waar glazen flessen worden afgekoeld, geïnspecteerd en voorzien van een beschermende coating.

Na een algemene opleiding, waarin je de verschillende stappen van het proces leert kennen, stroom je door naar een specifieke functie binnen onze Quality & Cold End afdeling. Hier werk je aan een product dat voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Klaar om te groeien in een omgeving waar trots, vakmanschap en technologie samenkomen? Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Kwaliteitscontrole en inspectie:

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens productie, zoals meten van flesdikte, gewicht en visuele inspecties.
  • Werken met automatische inspectiesystemen om defecten zoals scheurtjes of vervormingen te detecteren.
  • Analyseren van afkeur en defecten, feedback geven aan productie voor procesverbeteringen.
  • Handmatige tests uitvoeren zoals drukproeven, thermische schok- en chemische bestendigheidstests.

Coating en procesaanpassing:

  • Toezicht houden op het aanbrengen van beschermende coating om glas krasbestendiger te maken.
  • Registreren en analyseren van meetresultaten en afwijkingen voor probleemoplossing en traceerbaarheid.
  • Eerste lijnstoringen zelfstandig oplossen en de productielijn aanpassen bij verandering van producttype.

Algemeen:

  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of sterke motivatie om hierin te starten.
  • Bereid om trainingen in dagdienst te volgen met flexibiliteit in inhoud.
  • Basiskennis van computergebruik en goede beheersing van het Nederlands (Engels is een pluspunt).
  • Teamgericht en proactief ingesteld, met een flexibele houding naar taken toe.

Quality & Cold End:

  • Geen kleurenblindheid, noodzakelijk voor visuele kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Technische kennis om storingen op te lossen en aanpassingen aan productielijnen door te voeren.
  • Nauwkeurig kunnen werken aan een product dat in de voedselketen terechtkomt.
