Ben jij een wetenschappelijk geschoolde professional met ervaring in kwaliteitsprojecten binnen de farmaceutische industrie? Wil je bijdragen aan de succesvolle introductie en validatie van nieuwe geneesmiddelen in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving? Dan is deze functie als Quality Project Engineer – Launch Excellence een uitstekende uitdaging.

Jouw functie

Als Quality Project Engineer binnen Launch Excellence ben je verantwoordelijk voor de end-to-end validatie van nieuwe producten, van formulering en afvulling tot verpakking. Je beheert één of meerdere producten of projecten en ondersteunt de implementatie van nieuwe producten op de productiesite.

Je werkt op het kruispunt van kwaliteit, productie en projectmanagement. Je zorgt ervoor dat validatieactiviteiten correct worden voorbereid, uitgevoerd, geanalyseerd en gedocumenteerd volgens GMP-richtlijnen en interne kwaliteitsstandaarden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en coördineren van validatieprojecten voor nieuwe producten.
  • Voorbereiden van validatiedocumentatie, waaronder: risicoanalyses; validatieprotocollen; batchrecords; laboratoriumaanvragen.
  • Opvolgen van validatiebatches in productie en analyseren van de resultaten.
  • Opstellen van rapportages en ondersteunen van regulatory filing activiteiten.
  • Opzetten en opvolgen van stabiliteitsstudies.
  • Uitvoeren van root cause analyses bij afwijkingen en voorstellen van correctieve en preventieve acties (CAPA).
  • Ondersteunen van kwaliteitsonderzoeken en change management.
  • Documenteren van validatie- en kwalificatieactiviteiten.
  • Ondersteunen bij de introductie en validatie van single-use systemen en filtervalidatie voor nieuwe producten.
  • Ontwikkelen, valideren en troubleshooten van Master Batch Records.
  • Samenwerken met productie, kwaliteit, engineering en andere multidisciplinaire teams.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke richting, zoals: Bio-ingenieur; Farmaceutische Wetenschappen; Biochemie; Biotechnologie; of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling).
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, farmaceutische industrie of GMP-omgeving is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Kennis van aseptische processen en/of validatieprocessen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met productie- en kwaliteitsstudies is sterk gewaardeerd.
  • Je hebt interesse in technologie, meetapparatuur en softwaretoepassingen.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je hebt ervaring met technisch schrijven en het opstellen van duidelijke documentatie.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en gestructureerde projectplannen opmaken.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt proactief binnen een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
