Ben jij een strategische denker met een passie voor kwaliteit, innovatie en duurzaamheid? Voor een toonaangevende productieomgeving zoeken we een Quality, R&D & Sustainability Manager die een sleutelrol opneemt binnen de organisatie. In deze unieke standalone functie geef je richting aan het kwaliteits-, R&D- en duurzaamheidsbeleid en werk je nauw samen met sales, aankoop, productie, leveranciers en klanten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak.

Jouw functie:

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt het groepsbrede beleid rond kwaliteit, R&D, innovatie en duurzaamheid en vertaalt dit naar concrete verbeterprojecten.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitsmanagement, productontwikkeling, testprocedures, leverancierskwaliteit, klachtenanalyse en het opvolgen van KPI's en dashboards.
  • Je detecteert innovatiekansen, begeleidt duurzaamheidsprojecten en werkt samen met externe partners aan nieuwe producten, processen en circulaire oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) in textieltechnologie, industriële wetenschappen, chemie of een gelijkaardige richting, aangevuld met minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke expertise in kwaliteitsmanagement, technisch textiel, productontwikkeling en projectmanagement en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent analytisch, data-driven en hands-on, werkt vlot met Power BI, ERP en MS Office en hebt een sterke affiniteit met innovatie en duurzaamheid.
