Quality & Safety Manager | Multisite

Introductie

Voor een gevestigde en groeiende organisatie binnen de industriële productie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Quality & Safety Manager. In deze sleutelpositie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen en bewaken van het beleid rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en welzijn over meerdere productiesites.

Je combineert beleid en strategie met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, engineering en management en krijgt de autonomie om het QHSE-beleid verder te professionaliseren. De functie heeft een uitgesproken multisite karakter.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Als Preventieadviseur Niveau II ontwikkel en bewaak je het preventiebeleid en zorg je ervoor dat wettelijke vereisten rond veiligheid, welzijn en gezondheid correct worden toegepast.
  • Je stelt het globaal preventieplan op, coördineert risicoanalyses en onderzoekt incidenten en arbeidsongevallen met als doel structurele verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitsbeleid over verschillende productiesites en volgt samen met de lokale kwaliteitsmedewerkers controles, afwijkingen en verbeteracties op.
  • Je beheert relevante BENOR- en CE-dossiers, begeleidt audits en keuringsbezoeken en coördineert waar nodig kwaliteitsproeven met externe labo's.
  • Je ondersteunt productie en engineering bij nieuwe machines, installaties, producten en projecten en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid en kwaliteit vanaf de start worden meegenomen.
  • Je stimuleert continue verbetering en een sterke veiligheidscultuur door medewerkers en management actief te betrekken via onder andere opleidingen, toolboxmeetings en verbeterprojecten.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting en hebt minstens enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Je bent in het bezit van het diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau II en hebt een sterke kennis van veiligheid, welzijn en preventiewetgeving.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagement in een zwaardere industrie is een duidelijke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent sterk genoeg om site-overkoepelend te werken en combineert een analytische aanpak met een pragmatische aanwezigheid op de productievloer.
  • Je communiceert vlot in zowel het Nederlands als Frans. Je bent bereid je regelmatig tussen de verschillende productiesites te verplaatsen.
