Krijg jij voldoening van kwaliteit bewaken en processen continu verbeteren? Wil je een gevarieerde functie waarin je zowel op locatie als achter de schermen mee waakt over de correcte uitvoering van technische projecten?

Je komt terecht bij een sterke speler binnen de bouwsector, actief op uiteenlopende en technisch uitdagende projecten. Kwaliteit en vakmanschap staan centraal, waarbij verschillende teams nauw samenwerken om projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering succesvol te realiseren.

Voor een team regio Gent zoeken we een Quality Specialist die graag de verbinding maakt tussen interne processen en de praktische uitvoering op het terrein. Je krijgt een brede rol waarin je audits uitvoert, verbeterpunten detecteert en mee bouwt aan een sterk kwaliteitsbeleid.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Quality Specialist volg je de kwaliteit van lopende projecten op en voer je controles uit om afwijkingen en verbeterpunten te detecteren
  • Je organiseert interne audits, analyseert de resultaten en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar concrete acties die de werking verder versterken
  • Nieuwe normen, technische richtlijnen en kwaliteitsvereisten volg je nauwgezet op en je zorgt ervoor dat deze correct worden vertaald naar de dagelijkse praktijk
  • Bij afwijkingen of niet-conformiteiten neem je de opvolging in handen en bewaak je dat corrigerende maatregelen correct worden uitgevoerd en duurzaam worden verankerd
  • Daarnaast ondersteun je verschillende teams met advies rond kwaliteitsprocessen, controles en opleveringen en denk je actief mee na over hoe bestaande werkwijzen verder geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige of technische richting
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit, auditing, projectopvolging of een technische omgeving vormt een sterke basis voor deze functie
  • Daarnaast communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands, sta je stevig in je schoenen en weet je verschillende stakeholders op een constructieve manier mee te krijgen
