The posting

Als Quality Specialist bent u verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de constante kwaliteit van halffabricaten en afgewerkte spuitgietproducten tijdens het volledige productieproces. U combineert kwaliteitscontroles en testen met nauwkeurige documentatie, het beheer van afwijkingen en actieve ondersteuning op de productievloer.

U speelt een belangrijke rol in het naleven van de ISO-normen, het opzetten van corrigerende maatregelen en het versterken van het kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen het productieteam.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Inspectie en testen
  • Afwijkingen identificeren en problemen oplossen
  • documentatie en beheer van afwijkingen
  • Procesaudits en naleving van normen
  • Kalibratie en meetapparatuur
  • klantkwaliteit en PPAP-ondersteuning

Vereist:

  • 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in Quality Assurance of Quality Control binnen een spuitgiet- of kunststofproductieomgeving.
  • Basiskennis van thermoplastische kunststoffen, materiaaleigenschappen en de invloed van spuitgietparameters op afmetingen en productkwaliteit.
  • Kennis van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem ISO 9001.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak bij probleemoplossing.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Goede kennis van het Engels.

  • Vlotte kennis van courante Office-toepassingen en rapportagesoftware.

Pluspunten:

  • Ervaring met PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans en capability analyses.
  • Ervaring met ERP- of kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.

Afwisseling tussen een geklimatiseerd kwaliteitslabo en de productievloer. Langdurig rechtstaan en occasioneel tillen behoren tot de functie. Werken binnen een 24/7 productieomgeving, waarbij enige flexibiliteit verwacht wordt.
