Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Specialist Food.

Onze klant is een Belgische producent en distributeur binnen de voedingsindustrie met een sterke reputatie op vlak van kwaliteit, innovatie en duurzaamheid. Vanuit hun productiesite in regio Belsele bouwen zij dagelijks verder aan kwaliteitsvolle voedingsproducten voor een brede klantenbasis.

Ter versterking van het kwaliteitsteam zijn zij op zoek naar een Quality Specialist Food. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit centraal staat en krijgt de kans om jouw rol mee vorm te geven op basis van jouw interesses, ervaring en expertise. Of jouw passie nu ligt bij Quality Assurance, Quality Control, microbiologie, etikettering of voedselveiligheid, je krijgt de ruimte om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen.

Functieomschrijving Als Quality Specialist Food maak je deel uit van een jong en gedreven kwaliteitsteam en werk je actief mee aan het verder uitbouwen van het kwaliteitsbeleid.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Het beheren en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.
  • Het opvolgen van IFS, GFSI, HACCP en andere kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Het voorbereiden, begeleiden en opvolgen van interne en externe audits.
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en analyses op de werkvloer.
  • Het onderzoeken van non-conformiteiten en klachten en het uitwerken van structurele verbeteracties.
  • Het opstellen en beheren van productspecificaties en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Het begeleiden van kwaliteits- en verbeterprojecten binnen de organisatie.
  • Het geven van opleidingen en het coachen van collega's rond kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
  • Het verder uitbouwen van jouw expertise binnen één of meerdere kwaliteitsdomeinen.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma binnen een voedingsgerelateerde richting.
  • Zowel schoolverlaters als kandidaten met ervaring binnen kwaliteit of de voedingsindustrie komen in aanmerking.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je communiceert vlot en voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet collega's mee te nemen in kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands (niveau C2) en kan je ook behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
