Für unseren modernen Produktionsstandort in Enns suchen wir eine/n Quality Specialist (m/w/d). Deine Aufgaben Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein, arbeitest gerne selbstständig und möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann erwartet dich bei uns eine abwechslungsreiche Position mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum. Deine Aufgaben sind Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems Betreuung unserer Fleischlieferanten sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen Abstimmung mit der europäischen Rohmaterialabteilung Durchführung und Betreuung von internen, Lieferanten- und externen Audits inkl. CAPA-Maßnahmen - dafür ist eine gewisse Reisetätigkeit erforderlich Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Hygiene-, HACCP- und Qualitätsstandards Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres SAP-Rückverfolgbarkeitssystems Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen sowie sensorischen Produktbewertungen du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Schädlingsbekämpfer und begleitest die Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Das bringst du mit Mit deinem ausgeprägten Bewusstsein für Lebensmittelsicherheit, Hygiene und Qualität trägst du aktiv dazu bei, unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu sichern. Du überzeugst durch Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Kommunikationsstärke Strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise Englischkenntnisse auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau Idealerweise bringst du mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie (zB FH / HTL / HBLA) oder eine verwandte Ausbildung Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement in der Lebensmittelindustrie, idealerweise in der Fleischwarenindustrie Grundkenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen und Standards sowie von HACCP Grundsätzen Idealerweise Ausbildung zum internen Auditor B Führerschein Bereitschaft zum Umgang mit rohem Rind/Hühnerfleisch Das bieten wir dir Wir sind ein Unternehmen mit flachen Hierarchien, werteorientierten Unternehmenskultur und einer ausgeprägten Kunden­orien­tierung in einem speziellen Markt.
