Functieomschrijving

  • Aansturen en organiseren van een operationeel team binnen kwaliteit en productie. Focus op planning, taakverdeling, opvolging van prestaties, aanwezigheid en werkdiscipline.
  • Opleiden en coachen van medewerkers. Stimuleren van polyvalentie, kwaliteitsbewustzijn en continue ontwikkeling binnen het team.
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van kwaliteitsdata zoals KPI's, niet-conforme output, stockblokkeringen en klantenklachten. Uitvoeren van oorzaakanalyse en corrigerende acties.
  • Verbeteren van productie- en kwaliteitsprocessen in samenwerking met technische diensten. Betrokken bij machinepark, processoptimalisatie en automatisatieprojecten.
  • Technische opleiding (bachelor / master) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring met kennis van (elektro)mechanica en chemie als plus.
  • Kennis van lean management en kwaliteitstechnieken (o.a. Six SIgma, 5S,SPC) en ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen zoals ISO 9001.
  • Sterke communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden met focus op coaching, motivatie en aansturing van teams.
  • Hands-on, resultaatgerichte en planmatige werkstijl met een ondernemende mindset en sterk kwaliteitsbewustzijn.
