Quality Supplier Manager Vacancy number: V-20069630 - Veldhoven - Kwaliteit & Veiligheid - WO Master - Secondment via YER - ASML Netherlands B.V. The position Job Role description: Temporary Quality Supplier Manager position to manage a set of Non-Managed suppliers in the Quality domain. During the Ramp-up phase we are looking for an additional support in both the Electronics and Machine Conditioning landscape. This to ensure no flow out of non-Quality products to the ASML global factories. It is essential to secure no impact to factories and not causing any down time during the ramp phase. The suppliers will need to be managed on both Quality operational side, as well as on managing on structural improvement levels, for example via 8D methodologies. Context - The work requires in-depth knowledge of specific competencie and/or in-depth knowledge of Quality Management System. - Acts as a role model for quality standards and as mentor to more junior colleagues. - Supports the development of training materials. - Drives and develops training plans. - Works at department level and/or is responsible for suppliers. - Represents the own team and participates in cross-sector teams to realize quality solutions. - Aligns on / thinks of solutions with counter parts from multiple adjacent groups. - Interacts and builds a cross sector network, mainly at peer level, in ASML. - Interacts with peer-level counterparts at the supplier side. - Leads and drives projects to resolve quality problems. - Introduces and drives new quality approaches within submodule. - Leads process improvements at cluster level, implementing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Self-propelling within own area of expertise, subject to high-level managerial direction.
