The posting

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partners en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsafspraken correct worden opgevolgd en geborgd.

Je krijgt een veelzijdige functie waarin je zowel administratief en analytisch als operationeel bezig bent.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert en controleert kwaliteitsgerelateerde masterdata in het ERP-systeem, zoals artikelnummers, componenten, (half)afgewerkte producten en Bill of Materials.
  • Je stelt specificaties en verpakkingsprotocollen op, beheert deze en zorgt voor de nodige certificering.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het plannen en uitvoeren van interne en externe audits.
  • Je helpt mee om het auditprogramma op te volgen en zorgt ervoor dat actiepunten correct worden behandeld.
  • Je werkt samen met leveranciers en externe dienstverleners om de kwaliteitsvereisten te bewaken.
  • Je voert leveranciersbeoordelingen en -audits uit en volgt de gemaakte afspraken op.
  • Je stelt kwaliteitsovereenkomsten op en beheert deze.
  • Je behandelt leveranciersklachten en volgt wijzigingen bij leveranciers nauwgezet op.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de kwaliteitsafdeling tijdens projecten, overlegmomenten en change-trajecten.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een sterke kwaliteitscultuur.

Je bent iemand die graag structuur brengt, oog heeft voor detail en tegelijk pragmatisch naar oplossingen zoekt. Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en durft je standpunt duidelijk te onderbouwen.

Daarnaast:

  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding in een wetenschappelijke richting of beschikt over een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen een kwaliteitsafdeling in een productieomgeving en/of binnen vendor management.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen, bijvoorbeeld SAP of Dynamics.
  • Kennis van en ervaring met GMP-richtlijnen is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt vlot schakelen tussen interne collega's en externe partners.
  • Je bent proactief, ondernemend en denkt graag mee over praktische oplossingen.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en weet anderen op een constructieve manier te overtuigen.
  • Je blijft rustig en flexibel wanneer de omstandigheden veranderen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
