FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een innovatief en sterk groeiend productiebedrijf, dat deel uitmaakt van een internationale groep, zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Support die nauw samenwerkt met de Quality Officer.

Functie & verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Quality Support ondersteun je de Quality Officer bij het onderhouden en verbeteren van het interne kwaliteitssysteem. Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsprocessen efficiënt verlopen door procedures en digitale werkinstructies op te stellen, te beheren en te implementeren binnen de organisatie.

Je volgt de dagelijkse kwaliteitsmonitoring op, bewaakt processen en helpt collega’s bij vragen rond kwaliteit. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning bij interne en externe audits, kalibraties en evaluaties. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de organisatie en opvolging van kwaliteitsdocumentatie.

Verder:

  • Ondersteun je bij kwaliteitsmonitoring en procesopvolging
  • Registreer en volg je afwijkingen, klachten en verbeteracties op
  • Coördineer je documentatie en administratieve opvolging van projecten en prototypes
  • Draag je bij aan de implementatie en naleving van interne kwaliteitsstandaarden

PROFIEL

Profiel:

  • Je hebt een technische of kwaliteitsgerichte opleiding en relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van processen
  • Affiniteit met metaalbewerking (zoals lassen) is een plus
  • Ervaring in de piping industrie en kennis van EN1090 en ISO3834 zijn troeven
  • Kennis van het ISO9001 managementsysteem is vereist
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
