Onze klant is een innovatief bedrijf dat zich specialiseert in de productie en verkoop van PET- preforms en flessen. Hun producten kom je dagelijks tegen als verpakking voor water, frisdranken, oliën en tal van andere vloeistoffen. Om het team verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste medewerker voor de functie van Quality Systems Operator.

Jobomschrijving

Wat zijn jouw taken als Quality Systems Operator?

Als Quality Systems Operator neem je de finale kwaliteitscontrole van de preforms voor jouw rekening. Je gebruikt jouw technisch inzicht om de automatische sorteermachine correct in te stellen en volgt het proces nauwgezet op. Aanvullend controleer je de preforms zorgvuldig aan de lichttafel, wat ervoor zorgt dat wij de kwaliteit kunnen garanderen waar onze klanten op rekenen.

  • Instellen en opvolgen van de automatische sorteermachine.
  • Uitvoeren van visuele controles op het eindproduct en zoeken naar onregelmatigheden, fouten of defecten in productie op de sorteertafels (lichttafel).
  • Administratief verwerken van de stockbewegingen ten gevolge van de sorteeractie.
  • Inspecteren van geretourneerde producten en bepalen van hun kwaliteitsstatus.
  • Occasioneel invallen voor de QC operator in productie.
  • Actief werken aan orde en netheid in de eigen werkzone maar ook op andere plaatsen in het bedrijf (5S).
  • Je rapporteert aan de Quality Manager waarmee je dagdagelijks overlegt.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma Elektromechanica of hebt een technisch diploma secundair onderwijs (mechanica, elektromechanica, spuitgieten) of reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je onderscheidt je door je nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor verbetering
  • Je hebt basis computervaardigheden
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet je kennis succesvol over te dragen
  • Je bent een teamplayer
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect
  • Je denkt kwaliteitsgericht en hebt gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je werkt in een 3-ploegen systeem
  • Je bezit een heftruckattest of bent bereid om dit te behalen
