Voor deze functie zijn we niet op zoek naar jaren ervaring of een specifiek technisch diploma (zoals mechanica). Wat we wel zoeken:

  • Leergierig & Nauwkeurig: Je leert snel bij en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal (in woord en geschrift) in verband met de veiligheidsvoorschriften en rapportages.
  • Mentaliteit: Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en draagt actief bij aan een veilige en milieubewuste werkomgeving.
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt vlot samen met collega's en de QSHE-afdeling.

Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker ben jij een cruciale schakel in ons productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat enkel de beste producten onze fabriek verlaten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Kwaliteitscontroles: Je voert de ingangscontrole en inline procescontroles uit op aangeleverde goederen (zoals componenten en subassemblages).
  • Sorteren & Rework: Je sorteert afwijkende producten uit volgens de interne richtlijnen en voert rework uit op afgekeurde of geretourneerde producten.
  • Producttesten: Je test producten op zowel elektrisch als mechanisch vlak (wij leren je hoe dit moet!).
  • Kalibratie: Je kalibreert meetinstrumenten en kalibers, en registreert deze gegevens nauwkeurig.
  • Onderhoud: Je voert periodieke controle- en onderhoudstaken uit.
  • Rapportage & Audit: Je rapporteert afwijkingen en verbeteringsvoorstellen aan de QSHE-afdeling en werkt actief mee aan audits, inspecties en veiligheidsrondes.
  • Ondersteuning: Je biedt algemene ondersteuning binnen de verschillende domeinen van QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment).
