Dan is deze functie als Quality Technician in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht een mooie uitdaging voor jou. Binnen deze technische productieomgeving ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van producten en productieprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productie, engineering en andere afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat producten voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen en specificaties. Dit ga je doen Als Quality Technician ben je dagelijks bezig met het controleren, analyseren en verbeteren van de kwaliteit binnen de productie. Je bent veel op de werkvloer aanwezig en weet technische afwijkingen snel te signaleren. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles aan producten en onderdelen; - Controleren of producten voldoen aan technische specificaties en kwaliteitseisen; - Signaleren, onderzoeken en registreren van afwijkingen; - Analyseren van kwaliteitsproblemen en meedenken over passende oplossingen; - Uitvoeren van metingen en controles met verschillende meetmiddelen; - Ondersteunen van productie bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken; - Bespreken van afwijkingen met productie, engineering en andere betrokken afdelingen; - Meedenken over structurele verbeteringen om kwaliteitsproblemen te voorkomen; - Bijhouden van kwaliteitsgegevens en rapportages; - Toezien op het correct naleven van kwaliteitsprocedures en werkinstructies; - Bijdragen aan een continue verbetering van processen en producten.
