Direct WO Wat verwachten wij van jou? Ostrica zoekt een gedreven Quantitative Equity Trader die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer van onze equity-portefeuilles tijdens de Amerikaanse handelsuren. Je werkt op het snijvlak van mens en machine: je gebruikt onze kwantitatieve modellen als basis, maar jij neemt de definitieve beslissingen met oog voor het grotere plaatje. In deze rol houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Strategische uitvoering : Het construeren en implementeren van posities in aandelen tijdens de meest liquide momenten van de US-sessie, met focus op het maximaliseren van de upside en het beschermen tegen intraday drawdowns. - Modellering & Analyse : Samenwerken met onze kwantitatieve systemen die dagelijks 20.000 aandelen analyseren op fundamentele waardering om ondergewaardeerde kansen te identificeren. - Code-ontwikkeling : Het schrijven van Python-code op productieniveau om executie te optimaliseren, patronen te detecteren en je edge in de markt te behouden. - Portfolio-implicaties : Het analyseren van de correlaties en de impact van trades op de totale risk exposure van de portefeuille. - Tactische besluitvorming : Het maken van de fundamentele afweging: willen we dit executeren? Je redeneert vanuit een lange-termijn visie op bedrijven, in plaats van enkel op snelheid te focussen. Jouw profiel als Quantitative Equity Trader Je hebt ervaring met equity markets en bent op zoek naar meer richting in je werk dan je in een typische prop-trading omgeving vindt.
