Diakonie.mobil unterstützt Menschen im Alter und Menschen mit Einschränkungen dabei, selbstbestimmt in den eigenen vier Wänden zu leben. Unser Team in Salzburg Stadt gestaltet Pflege und Betreuung flexibel, individuell und orientiert an den persönlichen Bedürfnissen der Klient:innen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte Mitarbeiter_innen in der mobilen Betreuung. 1 Quereinsteiger_in für mobile Betreuung Teilzeit, 20 bis 30 Wochenstunden

Deine Aufgaben

* Du unterstützt Klient_innen im Haushalt, etwa beim Reinigen, Wäschewaschen oder bei Besorgungen

* Du begleitest Menschen im Alltag und unterstützt sie, möglichst selbstbestimmt zu Hause zu leben.

* Du nimmst dir Zeit für Gespräche und soziale Kontakte.

* Du arbeitest mit Angehörigen und einem multiprofessionellen Team zusammen.

Das bringst du mit

* Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

* Führerschein B und einen eigenen PKW

* Bereitschaft, die Ausbildung zur Heimhilfe zu absolvieren
