Français / Néerlandais

  • Vous accueillez les clients de l'hôtel à leur arrivée
  • Vous les informez sur les conditions de séjour, les formalités, les prix et les services de l'hôtel
  • Vous remplissez les fiches d'arrivée et de départ
  • Vous répondez aux demandes d'information des clients
  • Vous effectuez la facturation des séjours et vous encaissez les paiements
  • Vous tenez à jour les comptes-clients et assurez les différents travaux de secrétariat
  • Vous avez une très bonne expérience dans le domaine hôtelier
  • Un diplôme de bachelier en Hôtellerie, Tourisme ou secrétariat est souhaité
  • Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances du néerlandais
  • La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'outil informatique Office
  • Vous avez une excellente présentation et vous êtes souriant, serviable, dynamique, clairvoyant, rigoureux et respectueux
  • Vous avez une facilité d'adaptation à différentes situations et pouvez travailler en équipe
  • Vous êtes flexible et disponible, vous travaillez également les week-ends, jours fériés et vacances scolaires en raison de notre secteur d'activité
