Eligio est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) réceptionniste trilingue en temps plein. Notre client est un cabinet d'avocats international qui est facilement accessible en transports en commun.

En tant que réceptionniste, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

  • Accueillir et renseigner les visiteurs
  • Gérer le planning de réservation des salles de réunion
  • Traiter les appels téléphoniques correctement et poliment
  • Trier et distribuer le courier entrant et sortant
  • Commander des taxis
  • Coordiner la restauration pour les réunions
  • Apporter un soutien administratif

Nous recherchons un(e) collègue qui possède les compétences suivantes:

  • Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français, du néerlandais et de l'anglais
  • Vous maîtrisez MS Office, particulièrement Outlook, Excel et Word
  • Vous êtes souriant, professionnel et avez le sens du service
  • Vous êtes orienté client
  • Vous avez une excellente présentation;
  • Vous êtes ponctuel et respectez les échéances;
  • Vous êtes proactif, dynamique et faites preuve d'enthousiasme dans votre travail
