Sous la responsabilité du directeur adjoint, votre rôle principal consiste à assister et faciliter le séjour des clients au sein de l'aparthotel afin d'assurer leur satisfaction.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales tâches sont les suivantes: - Relations avec les clients et satisfaction - Vous accompagnez les clients tout au long de leur séjour avec soin et attention. - Vous les informez sur les conditions de leur séjour, les formalités, les services proposés par l'aparthotel ainsi que sur la région environnante. - Vous veillez à la qualité du service et à la satisfaction des clients. - Vous traitez les éventuelles objections et remarques et y apportez rapidement une solution. - Gestion opérationnelle de l'aparthotel - Vous participez quotidiennement à la gestion opérationnelle et administrative de l'établissement. - Vous assurez l'accueil et le départ des clients. - Vous gérez le fonds de caisse. - Vous prenez en charge et appliquez les procédures de facturation, d'encaissement, de réservation et de suivi des débiteurs. - Vous participez activement à la commercialisation de l'établissement.

- Une première expérience de moins d'un an peut être prise en considération. Une expérience préalable dans le secteur n'est toutefois pas indispensable. - Vous êtes animé/e par la satisfaction des clients et appréciez le contact avec la clientèle ainsi que le travail en équipe. - Vous disposez des qualités suivantes : o sens de l'accueil et du service ; o aisance relationnelle ; o dynamisme et autonomie ; o rigueur et implication ; o curiosité, sociabilité et bienveillance ; o volonté d'apprendre et d'évoluer. - Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais afin de pouvoir communiquer avec la clientèle. La maîtrise d'une autre langue constitue un atout.
