  • Je leidt de siteactiviteiten en bewaakt veiligheid, voedselveiligheid, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Je zorgt dat gebouwen, technische infrastructuur en ondersteunende diensten voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen en interne milieu- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Je zet verbeterprogramma's om in concrete resultaten en blijft de werking van de site optimaliseren.
  • Je beheert de investeringsportefeuille voor infrastructuur en R&D-faciliteiten. Samen met de R&D-verantwoordelijken bepaal je prioriteiten, budgetten en de inzet van mensen en middelen.
  • Je stelt het operationele sitebudget op en volgt de uitgaven voor onder meer engineering, onderhoud, administratie, aankoop en veiligheid op.
  • Je bewaakt de veilige uitvoering van investeringsprojecten en de werkzaamheden van externe aannemers.
  • Je coacht een team van ervaren professionals en leidinggevenden en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor aanwerving, ontwikkeling en prestaties.
  • Je stemt de personeelsplanning en sitewerking af op veranderende behoeften en toekomstige ambities.
  • Je hebt een relevant bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je weet hoe je operationele processen structureel verbetert en efficiënt organiseert.
  • Je hebt ervaring met budgetbeheer en operationele planning.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels.
  • Drie jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans vormt een sterke bijkomende troef.
  • Je combineert resultaatgericht leiderschap met aandacht voor samenwerking, veiligheid en de ontwikkeling van je team.
