Vanuit Asperen werkt deze organisatie aan technische projecten waarbij onderzoek, ontwikkeling en realisatie hand in hand gaan. De organisatie legt nadruk op het omzetten van marktontwikkelingen naar realiseerbare productinnovaties en besteedt aandacht aan materiaalkeuze en toegepaste technologieën. Nieuwe ontwikkelingen worden zorgvuldig gedocumenteerd en getoetst aan de geldende veiligheidsnormen. De R&D-afdeling draagt bij aan het opstellen van ontwikkelprogramma's en actieplannen en stemt deze af met het management. Er heerst een collegiale werksfeer en er zijn mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling door cursusfaciliteiten en interne doorgroeimogelijkheden. Medewerkers werken samen aan technologische uitdagingen met aandacht voor zowel technische kwaliteit als commerciële haalbaarheid. - Je ontwikkelt nieuwe product- en procestechnische oplossingen en vertaalt ideeën naar realiseerbare concepten

- Je documenteert ontwikkelingen en zorgt dat ontwerpen voldoen aan geldende veiligheidsnormen

- Je test en valideert prototypes en borgt als R&D Engineer de technische haalbaarheid

- Je analyseert materialen en technologieën en adviseert over toepasbaarheid

- Je stelt ontwikkelprogramma's en actieplannen op en werkt deze uit in overleg met het management

Functie-eisen: - Je hebt een Werktuigbouwkundige opleiding op HBO-niveau

- Je hebt ervaring in een R&D omgeving, bij voorkeur in de machinebouw

- Je hebt ervaring met Inventor of een gelijkwaardig tekenpakket

- Je beschikt over een groot analy
